		<description>Such good tips, especially #2 about taking stuff you find online with a grain of salt. I&#039;d also add -- pay attention to everyone you come across at the company during the process. Are you impressed with the caliber of those staff or do they seem inefficient/incompetent? Do people seem happy or like they&#039;re just going through the motions?  These two things will tell you a ton about the culture.
