Such good tips, especially #2 about taking stuff you find online with a grain of salt. I'd also add -- pay attention to everyone you come across at the company during the process. Are you impressed with the caliber of those staff or do they seem inefficient/incompetent? Do people seem happy or like they're just going through the motions?
