And if you get asked a question about how you handled conflict, don't reply that you like working with people, and never really have any problems with anyone. Conflict isn't always about people being difficult with one another, it's also about bringing diverse opinions into higher-level results. This is something for me to remember if I ever have to interview for a position in the future. I get way too nervous so I sometimes have a hard time coming up with the "correct" (ie. tell then want they want to hear) answers. carla’s last blog post..Poll: What are you doing?

Hey, whatever works. As a trainer, I use them all the time. (control +V for “Velcro”)

Anything that can help one remember stuff is good – no matter how corny or goofy. In fact, I find that the cornier, the easier it is to remember!
