At my last job, all of us on the senior leadership team were INTJs, including the CEO. It was awesome. We never had to hug, and there were no unnecessary office parties. I’ll never get that lucky again.

I liked the #11 answer. I look at my blog the same way. Business operations people supposed to be stealth, behind the scenes, etc. etc. Good for them, but that is not me. I choose to run the "nuts and bolts" of the business and be vocal about how to do things better.
