I’ve known smart people who were not the best writers, but I’ve never known a good writer who was not smart. Cover letters help recruiters make decisions.

Well worth reading – great job, Kerry! Cover letters help a candidate fill in blanks and tell their story – and that get’s you noticed, which results in a hire.
